Lately, a few conversations have stayed with me.
An actor who thought she had to burn everything down just to start again — and who realised that maybe it’s enough to change one thing first.
A writer who thought he had to “fix himself” — and instead discovered he just needed a little more space, and a little less pressure.
A teacher who’s balancing creativity with care of a lot of other people, remembering that growth doesn’t always look like more. Sometimes it looks like less and finding the strength to say ‘no’.
All of this has reminded me that real creative change doesn’t come from giant reinventions.
It comes from small, honest shifts, layered over time.
I’ve got a few coaching spots open for May if this resonates.
If you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or just ready for a different kind of season, I’d love to talk.
I offer free 15-minute intro chats, no pressure at all.
(Just a conversation. Sometimes that’s where things start.)

We don’t always need to change everything.
Sometimes it’s enough to change one thing.
